Choose just a few of these 22 things to work on for now you can always go back and add more as you get more comfortable with the first few changes you make. And, feel good about moving in the right direction, even if not meeting these 22 things all the way. For example, 2 says to Treat everyone with kindness. Make an effort to be kind small things are totally good — smile, say good morning, hold a door for someone, etc two or three times a day at a minimum, though feel free to do more. And, just as importantly as being kind to others, be kind to yourself.

    Make a conscious effort every day to remind yourself of two or three good things about yourself!
